Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was far from ideal. The room was very shabby with cracked window panels and cobwebs everywhere. The mattress had stains, and the pillows were of very poor quality. The room was extremely noisy due to traffic and the nearby pub bar, making it an unpleasant experience. Although I was allocated the 'best' room with a four-poster bed, the inconvenience of the noisy road traffic overshadowed any positives. The issue with the television having only one channel persisted throughout my stay, despite assurances it would be fixed. Furthermore, the promise of additional pillows was unfulfilled.
The hotel's location was perfect for my needs and had great potential. The rooms, despite the noise from the bar, were clean and quiet at night. The service was excellent with very friendly staff. The dining experience was good, especially considering the advance booking options for breakfast. The hotel's facilities were convenient with a welcoming atmosphere.
